• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

• Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

• Custom Orders: Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
